During the past two years of service to the 16th house district, I have met some wonderful people in many venues.  The breakfasts, fairs, parades, stews and other events I have attended has afforded me the opportunity to speak with so many fine, hard-working and productive citizens of our area.  I’ve heard your voices from Hurt to Stanleytown and all areas in between.  Your opinions matter to me and as your representative, I have tried extremely hard to respond to your needs.  As I’ve often said, “We may not always agree, but your voice matters to me.”  As you know, I firmly believe in “Leadership through Listening.”

Thank you for giving me the honor to serve you these past two years.  I humbly ask for your vote on November 3, 2009 so I can once again roll up my sleeves and work hard for you and all the deserving citizens of the 16th House District.  Your voice and vote can make a difference.  Let them be heard!
